Dave informs me that although there was a long delay between Release 3.05 and Release 4.00, the next release (tentatively titled Release 4.10), will follow fairly quickly as there is already sufficient new facilities that are in the late stages of testing to justify a new release. Dave anticipates release of 4.10 around Christmas. This release will be relatively transparent, and is intended to be mainly an additional facility upgrade.
