# Editor SE (Part 4)

This section of the tutorial will be devoted to setting up ALTKEY (Hotkeys) commands within The EDITOR. If you haven’t used ALTKEYS within a program for the QL, you will be in for a very pleasant surprise! Below is a SuperBASIC listing which will make “life a lot easier’ when working within EDITOR. All you have to do is simultaneously press the ALTKEY and the character designated to activate a command.
