# Getting the Most Out of SBASIC

1t is very nice to have the flexible Level 3 Device Drivers of SMSQ – you can read and write DOS and TOS disks as if they were QDOS disks. There is absolutely no problem in converting bitmap graphics images or vector graphics, fonts etc. However, if you transfer text which contains special characters (foreign Umlauts, greek characters etc.) then run will find that VIEWing or COPYing the files will not convert the characters.
