# Miracle Gold Card

Miracle Systems of the U.K. have announced and delivered the first shipments of their new SUPER interface. The GOLD CARD fits entirely within the QL’s expansion port and uses CMOS technology throughout, resulting in very low heat generation.

The MEAT of the GOLD CARD is a 16 megahertz 16 bit 68000 processor which accesses its own 16 bit zero wait state RAM. Miracle claims between 3 to 4 times the speed of a QL without the GOLD CARD.
