As editor of the [CATS Newsletter](http://localhost/periodical/cats-newsletter/), I felt that many of the programming articles I’d written, or wanted to write, would not interest the majority of the CATS readership. I realized the need of a forum where QL programmers could exchange ideas and programs. The QHJ supports all programmers and all languages. So far, programs have been published in SuperBasic, C, and Pascal, and I’am looking forward to those in Forth, Lisp, etc. The original mailing was to QLer’s that I knew to be programmers.
