# ZX81 and Computation

Another use for the ZX81 is computation, or in other words, number crunching. Despite being a slower computer even when it was new, the ZX81 is still far faster and more capable than a calculator.

Given the ease of use of BASIC, the ZX81 is a fairly accessible computer for uniting mathematical code. Given its age and popularity, esp. outside the US, there are lots of sources for code.
