Fall of Rome

395 AD: Command the resources of the Roman Empire in its struggle for survival against the eleven Barbarian tribal groups of the north. You battle with two empires of the East as they try to take advantage of your troubles. With the income of the Empire you must build and raise legions, and hire enemy armies to combat the Barbarians.
