The most recent incident at Folsom involves an inmate who ordered a $99 Sinclair computer for use in his cell. A guard got wind of it and got in touch with a state senator. The Dept of Corrections issued a policy statement that made it clear no prisoner would have a micro or access to one without supervision. Needless to say, the prisoner never got his Sinclair.
