Jack Boatwright joined us and recounted his experiences, starting with acquiring a ZX81 from a high school student, modifying it, and his quest to obtain 1000 programs. He shared anecdotes of his early 1980s attempts to find more Timex/Sinclair hardware, software and accessories. Jack talked about his website, created in 1999 and updated as late as 2003. He also shared the loss of most of his Timex/Sinclair collection in a recent fire.
The group discussed the upcoming issue of ZXzine, where individuals could share their personal histories with computers and ongoing projects. Tim and David encouraged others to contribute.
