CHECKBOOK BALANCER will help you keep your account in order in a simple way. You can take your checkbook and enter it into this program and keep it up to date by entering bank charges, deposits & debits.
The program is very simple to use and comes with a keyboard overlay with listings like TRANsaction, BALance, VOID, CLEAR, -, +, •, SAVE, and Enter. You just hit the – key for debits and the + key for deposits and the CLEAR key for clearing out past transactions.
The program is in machine code and is pretty fast. Reconciling your checkbook is made easy. If you have a printer, the display is copied each time you list the TRANsactions or BALance. The data can be saved along with the program for future updates.
On the flip side of the tape is a program called GRAPHIC CHECKBOOK which will display in a bar graph any parameters you enter.
You enter the highest number you expect the graph to display, label the top and bottom of the graph with name and period and enter the data. The graph is updated each time you enter data. The graph can then be printed out on the printer and saved for future reference.
