Finally, I am your legally elected President! The February meeting lacked a quorum when the vote was taken for me to fill Bill’s unexpired term and we lacked one at the June Annual Meeting when, at Hank’s suggestion, we went through the motions (no pun intended) pending later ratification. Fortunately, 20 persons were present at the July meeting SO the process was repeated. This included my four appointments to the Executive -Board. Each appointee, whose names appear elsewhere, has accepted responsibility for a specific aspect of our meetings and program, so my goal of involvement of more than the “tried and true” is being fulfilled.
