A program can be started in the QXL and it will continue computing when control is passed back to the PC by pressing CTRL SCROLL LOCK. This feature is handy when using a long number cruncher type of program. Of course, the program will pause when it tries to print to the screen, access a floppy or the hard disk, or is waiting for an input. Furthermore, the QXL program will continue even when the PC is rebooted with a soft reboot!
