RLE and Desktop

RLE stands for Run-time encoded grophics and we first did an article on it in an issue of QLR last year. We printed a listing by Norm Lehfeldt which enabled you to download pictures from Compuserve (they have a whole section for screen pictures of all types) onto your monitor. With one of many of the screen dump programs available you could then get a hardcopy via your printer.
