QL: Substitution

Here’s a little utility that will definitely come in handy someday. Let’s say you have a program that references `mdv1` and you want to reference `flp1` instead. You could load the program and manually change all the `mdv1`s to `fIp1`s, but that’s a long and tedious process. This program will do that operation quickly for you.
