Add Space Between Files When Printing ALL

When you set up the print format, you can just enter ALL to print out the whole file. Unfortunately, no space is printed between files. I could be wrong, but I think in most cases a space would be desired so I changed the routine so that whenever ALL is the print format, a blank line is printed first. If you don’t want the space, you will need to enter the format as: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/ etc.
