As checkbook record programs go, this is one of the better programs I’ve seen. It has all of the features of other check record programs and includes a reconciliation segment to compare your balance to that on your bank statement. An outstanding feature of the program is its ability to spreadsheet. You can move through 60 entries, each including the check number, date written, 30 word description, amount, current balance, and a notation of if the check has cleared the bank or not. The information takes up more than a screen across and more than a screen vertically, but by using the cursor keys any section can be scrolled into view.
