This program will let you keep names of members of your user group, friends, etc and allow you to print them on labels (FULL-SIZE PRINTERS)

To control MAIN MENU cursor, use 6-DOWN, 7-UP and ENTER-select option

MAIN MENU

ENTER NAME: Lets you enter a name, if the name you entered was already in file then the computer will edit it so you can modify whatever you want. You have 8 topics (NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE, PHONE NUMBER, a blank line and NOTE)–

These topics can be modified by choosing option E of FILES MENU.

PRINT LABELS: This option will let you print one or more names on the screen or on the printer.

• A. Print all: will print all names in file.
• B. Print one name: will let you print a selected name.
• C. Print by selection: will let you print any name with a certain string in them (ie: only the members from FLORIDA, or the members of a certain city, etc)
• D. Select lines: will let you choose the lines to be printed (up to 8). (ie: say you don’t want the phone number to appear on the label, then when the computer asks you if it is to be printed, enter NO or N)

FILES

• D. Delete name: will let you delete a name from the file.
• E. Change data (topics): will let you change the data in the program. (see ENTER NAME)
• F. Break program: will allow you to load your print driver. You should load it in the printer buffer or at 64000. This option is also used to readjust printer parameters to fit your labels (SPACING, CHARACTER SIZE, etc…)
• G. Save program: will let you save the program with the new topics (data)

BASIC NOTES:

LINE 215 can be used to set your printer

LINE 220 is where the program prints the data (can be modified to suit your driver)

LINE 240 is used for the SPACING between labels.
