I hesitate to make out a ‘form’ with ‘fill-in-the-blanks’ sort of questionnaire, since it might suggest that we know what to look for in advance. I prefer a more free and open examination of the situations various owners can provide about their good and bad QL’s. Archive likes multiple choice; I hope essay answers may give us insights. At the risk of repeating; what can you tell us about your QLs including, but certainly not limited to the following information?
