When I was drafted as President of CATS a little aver a year ago (contrary to an earlier NL article stating that I had volunteered!), I really did not attempt to define a set of goals; but I was determined to involve many new faces in the leadership lineup. Success in that endeavor gave me the confidence to initiate other changes that met with your approval and which, hopefully, will make it easier for Duane and his Board to function in the next fiscal year.
