A new International QL Group is forming headquartered in the U.K.,the name of this group is QLAW. It is the brainchild of Dr. Sohail S. Bhatti. DR. Bhatti is a well respected member of the QL community, and a frequent contributor to QUANTA and its famous LIBRARY.
