We lead off this issue with the news that Pyramide has released two mew titles for the GL. The first is GRAPHIC TOOLKIT which we will review later. The second is MORTVILLE’S MANOR which had to be converted for U.S. machines. MM is the first graphic text adventure game for the GL and is excellent. The graphics are well-detailed and come up fairly fast as they are drawn an the screen. The plat involves an old-fashioned detective story and has lots of intrigue. You are Jerome Lange, a private eye wha receives an urgent telegram from Julia Defranck, a terminally ill old friend who asks for your help. You leave immediately for the Manor but arrive too late-Julia is dead.
