Well, here it is, time to get another issue of the newsletter out the door. Not to be overly pessimistic but I’m not sure how many more issues we will make. Perhaps I should change the “we” in the last sentence to “I”. Maybe you haven’t been following the newsletter closely, so let me refresh |

This is my last Ramblings. I have decided to resign my presidency effective immediately. The reason is quite simple – I do not have enough time to give CATS the attention it expects of its president. Among other things, I have been promoted at work and it is taking up much more of my time |
