Russell, a leader of the Central Pennsylvania Timex/Sinclair Computer Users Group, founded G. Russell Electronics. It was is named after his wife, who did all the marketing.
He unexpectedly landed in the electronics business when he creating the Winky Board. The passive device plugs into the cassette tape recorder to produce easier tape loading. It also has other functions, such as a tape duplicating capability and an earphone eavesdropper.
The users group in Pennsylvania developed other products that were marketed by G. Russell.

ZX81 TS 1000 TS 1500
Collection of MC utilities; 256 x 192 resolution on TS2040 or ZX Printer. Includes plotting points, point to point line drawing, mixing hi-res and keyboard characters, full screen drawing. Reverse side: LEASTHR; weighted least squares linear regression analysis routine; outputs hi res straight line graphs calculated from x, y coordinates of data.
TS 1000
Debugged/improved LPRINT, CLS, SCROLL, DIM and more. Full display file, SCROLL/CLS work properly, LPRINT small numbers (.0001), DIM very large single strings (DIM A$(47000)) in 64K and a few other changes incorporated. For the 16K TS1000, TS1500 or ZX81.
ZX81 TS 1000 TS 1500
Unlocks unSAVEable, unLISTable cassette programs. After LOADing this short machine language program, any TS/ZX cassette program subsequently LOADed instantly becomes SAVEable and LISTable. Also allows LOADing two programs, one after another and MERGE them into one program. Display number of bytes remaining in RAM for programming at any time, instantly.
TS 1000
Machine language word processor developed exclusively for the Timex 2068 by Micro Systems Software, Inc., the authors of MTERM II (Smart Terminal II). The Winky Board 2000 brought the same features of the Winky Board to TS 2068 users. It provided visual feedback of signal level, a jack for monitoring the signal itself and was a tool for duplicating cassettes as backups.
