Long Island Sinclair Timex (LIST) User Group Library Tape #3.5

Date: 198x
Type: Cassette
Platform(s): TS 2068

Library tape 3.5 of the Long Island Sinclair Timex (LIST) user group, a two-sided cassette of TS2068 programs gathered from members and from magazine type-ins. Side A carries 28 saves: games, home and finance tools, educational programs, programming utilities, demos and an OSCAR 10 satellite tracker. Side B carries about 47 shorter programs and utilities.

The handwritten label reads “LIST LIBRARY #3.5.” The first program on side A, LIST3.5, is an intro screen. It tells members to reset the computer before each program, because the RAMTOP set for one may break the next, and warns that programs with CODE parts need more than one load. It also explains that the first recording is a head-alignment test made on LIST’s own equipment, and that most of the programs had been documented in back issues of LISTing and other magazines. Several programs are TS2068 conversions of Spectrum listings from Your Computer, Your Spectrum and ZX Computing, made by Bob Howard (WA6DLI) and Floyd Chrysler.
